Abstract
In neurodegenerative diseases, aggregates of proteins, causes nerve cells to die. How this aggregation happens and how the toxicisty happens is not fully understood. We will here use Alpha fold to study the folding of these aggregates to learn more about the aggregation process. After we have studied them in with alpha fold, we produce these constructs and study them in vitro.
