This computational project endeavors to unravel the complexities of a neurological process in both in vitro and in vivo contexts. Utilizing gene expression data provided by our co-investigator, the study demands significant computational power and storage, allowing for an exhaustive exploration that would be unattainable with conventional computational resources. Through advanced analysis and, if required, method development, we aim to discern subtle differences between in vitro and in vivo conditions, fostering a deeper understanding of the biological phenomenon.
