The Spatial Biology platform consists of diverse units that produce spatial omics data, spanning the genome, transcriptome, and proteome through various technologies. The primary objectives of this project are to optimize, enhance, and standardize workflows for analyzing data generated by each of these technologies. Additionally, the project aims to convert existing scripts into streamlined workflows, leveraging tools such as Nextflow.
It is important to note that this project exclusively involves non-sensitive data, exclusively utilizing publicly available datasets such as 10X Genomics Xenium. The focus lies in establishing robust methodologies for the analysis of spatial omics data, promoting reproducibility and efficiency in handling diverse datasets.
