The DNA-lab at the Swedish Museum of Natural history has several users of the lab that are starting to use NGS in rather small projects, such to assembly a few organelle genomes or using sequence capture in phylogenetic studies. For most of these projects the lab will also help with the bioinformatics. We would therefore like to apply for a joint SNIC small storage and a SNIC small compute project, for these smaller projects.
