Abstract
This project aims at investigating the role of genomic structural rearrangements in local adaptation in Norway spruce. Exomes of about 1500 trees have been sequenced. Using approaches recently developed based on allele ratio and depth of coverage, the pattern of gene CNV in norway spruce genomes would be characterised and analyzed regarding trees environment.
