Abstract

SSF project refers to a joint effort of five PIs to develop genomic resources and phenotypic measurements in Norway spruce to develop Genomic Selection (GS) models. We have generated SNPs based on 40K exome capture probes. Based on the new assembly we will conduct a new SNP call and GS analyses.
