We are currently developing and testing a hybrid MPI + GPU code for brainlike machine learning. A new serial code version is now almost in place and it needs to be tested and verified against an old CUDA code (with a more limited funtionality). We have expert assistance from Henric Zazzi at NAISS/PDC and he is developing a HIP GPU version. We need a small allocation to be able to test the new HIP + MPI version.
