Abstract

This is a small-level storage request application complementary to compute application with the same title. We present a small-level request for storage on high-performance computing (HPC) resources in Cephyr within the National Academic Infrastructure for Super-computing in Sweden (NAISS). The research group of the applicant consists of a total of 1 Postdoc and 6 PhD students. The group’s research interest is towards the numerical modelling of complex flows that are of interest to the scientific community and also finds insightful industrial applications. The description of the scientific project can be found in the complementary small compute application. This application is aimed at extending the previous SNIC project 2022/22-966. In the compute application we request access to Alvis and it is important for us to have storage space in Cephyr due to the nature of the project.
