Abstract

The aim of this study is gain insight into the evolution of central nervous system development at the base of vertebrate. To this aim, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing of dissected lamprey (Lampetra planeri) embryonic spinal cord. In a collaboration with the National Genomic Infrastructure (NGI), it was decided that additional sequencing of the same libraries would be run on a Novaseq S4 flow cells with standards settings to test whether in the future single cell libraries could be multiplexed with
