Much is known about T cells, but so far no systematic treatment has been made that allows a computer-based reconstruction of the regulatory network. In this project we will develop such tools, both computationally and with new wet lab protocols. In particular, we will include RNAseq, proteomics, metabolomics and microscopy-based readouts. All of these will be fed into a new bayesian statistical framework under development
Our need for CPU varies tremendously, with a historic peak at 100k CPU hours/month. 5-10k CPU/month is a more realistic average, but we have had this limit before and hit the limit several times
