Abstract
This project is part of a VR financed project to investigate the evolution of ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungi. There are genomes available for many lineages of ECM fungi, but few lineages for which there are many genomes available. This project will do comparative genomics to look at the diversity and evolution within ECM fungal lineages and compare this to between lineages.
