Abstract

Stem cell-derived pancreatic islets (SC-islets) transplantation is a possible future treatment in type 1 diabetes. We compare the transciptional maturity between five different transplant sites with human donor islets and untransplanted SC-islets. RNA-seq was performed on extracted grafts. Sites will be compared using DEGs, heatmaps of maturity and stress genes and PCA.
