The aim of the project is established something similar to the GTEx consortium (https://www.gtexportal.org/home/), a database comprising results from all healthy human tissues. Unlike GTEx, we will collate mostly single-cell level samples from published papers, and we will focus on the following omics for analysis and construction of database:
1) Single-Cell RNA-Sequencing
2) Single-Cell ATAC
3) Spatial Transcriptomics
4) Mass Cytometry (CyTOF)
5) Flow Cytometry
6) Single-Cell Immune Profiling
7) Bulk RNA-Sequencing
We aimed to build an atlas with phenotypic differences of all the organs from the human body, based on the above mentioned omics, hence we need a quite a large amount of computation powers so as to analysis the downloaded data and after which, we will transfer out the analysis results to the cloud for hosting the database. Currently the website is still under construction.
