We will examine the phenotypic difference between healthy colons and colon samples from colorectal cancer (CRC) patients in an multi-omics perspective, mainly single cell RNA-Seq, mass cytometry and bulk NGS, to build a single cell atlas from these samples. We will gather from published papers, colon data, from healthy individuals, to patients from different stages of CRC, including pre-treatments and post-treatments samples. We will also classify CRC samples into their different pathelogical phenotypes prior to analysis, so as to make the atlas as specific as possible.
