Abstract
This storage project is for denovo assembly of multiple reference genomes for Passer domesticus and Aquarius paludum and Gerris buenoi. The data is PacBio HiFi and Hi-C data for these species and to create a pangenome for Passer domesticus. There will be multiple large intermediate files needed for shorter term storage as we begin this process.
