The computing project (snic2022-22-714) contain the sequencing data generated by Neus Visa lab, Stockholm University. A total of four different projects are framed in this store and computing projects. These projects are:
1. Characterization of caRNAs in Drosophila melanogaster,
2. SnoRNAs non canonical function in chromatin organization,
3. Characterization of ADAR3 function in mice,
4. The role of Dis3 in DNA repair and transcription.
