Abstract
We have established a model too study the early stages of retinoblastoma and need info on the transcriptomes at the initial stages of carcinogenesis. Sequencing transcriptome from bulk RNA from three samples of retina and retinoblastoma in chicken and human stem cell derived retinoids. We also will analyse populations of single cells with transcriptome sequenceing.
