Abstract
This project will be used to analyze genomic and DNA methylation data generated in farm animals. For this, we use methylated DNA immunoprecipitation on genomes reduced by the enzyme PST1. We are analyzing DNA methylation data corresponding to a variety of environmental exposures, mainly stressful conditions in the production environment.
