The DIfferential Response by INtra Tumour Heterogeneity (DIRINTH) project analyses spatially resolved transcriptome matrices that produces up to 1000 RNA-seq transcriptomes per tissue sample. The aim is to understand the extent of intra tumour heterogeneity and specifically how this impacts treatment of cancer and to identify genetic signatures and pathways responsible for
resistance on a single cell level. Because of the large volumes of sequence data, time allocation on a compute cluster is needed.
