Abstract
HCP will be used for the global proteomics data analysis on the raw data generated in our laboratory and retrieved from the PRIDE database. The datasets are growing larger and our fastest computer is taking over 2 weeks to analyse typical dataset, thus we are aiming to use HCP to speed up the data analysis.
