We are developing new tools for gene analysis, aiming to improve evolutionary studies by using additional information. The project is performed in collaboration with Christopher Wheat and Hanna Dort at Dept of Zoology at Stockholm University. Since we will be looking at gene features usually ignored in evolutionary studies, we will perform some basic genome annotation in the first phase of the project.
