Abstract

In this project, the server will be used to taxonomically annotate shotgun sequence data obtained from fecal samples collected from ADHD and psychosis patients. The translational psychiatry group drives this project at Karolinska Institutet at the department MMK. The data IS NOT regarded as sensitive data since it´s genomic sequences from microorganisms and not from humans.
