We have developed a new method for whole genome bisulfite sequencing library preparation (SPLAT), see Raine et al, 2017 NAR. Now we are doing method development projects to improve the original method and expand it to different types of next generation sequencing analyses. This project consists of sequencing and array-based DNA methylation data from cell lines and various organisms. The data are not considered to be sensitive.
