Abstract
Use phenotypic and genomic data from use sparrows (Passer domesticus) across the Nordics and Europe, to look for signs of selection in the genome, estimate demographic patterns and examine structural variation. Complete 15 de novo HiFi/HiC assemblies and construct a pangenome graph.
