Abstract
This project is focused on identifying protein biomarkers with a causal role in common complex dieases such as cardiovascular disease and various cancers. The background data involves summary statistics from genome-wide analyses of circulating proteins in the SCALLOP consortium as well as case/control data from disease consortia such as BCAC, KARMA, UK-biobank and Finngen.
