Abstract

Genomic loci positioning by sequencing (GPSeq) is a method to profile radial organisation of chromatin by inferring distance from genomic loci to the nuclear lamina. GPSeq relies on gradual restriction digestion of chromatin from the nuclear lamina toward the nucleus center, followed by sequencing of the generated cut sites. Using this technology, we focus on understanding how the chromatin is organised inside nucleus, how different is the chromatin organisation in different cell types and how does chromatin remodelling affects gene expression.
