Abstract

The project focuses on understanding the effect of external mechanical forces on the nucleus, with a particular interest in the chromatin structure. To this end, we use ATAC-seq to determine any change in the chromatin organization (condensation/decondensation) after exposure of Mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) to shear stress.
