We have carried out an experiment in controlled conditions where we have infected potato with two different pathogens either sequentially or simultaneously, and carried out RNAseq to investigate the transcriptional responses of both pathogens and the potato host to these investigations. This was done some time ago, but we did not have the capacity to analyse the data until now, with the start of a new bioinformatics postdoc. the sequencing was carried out at Scilifelab in project P15505:L.GrenvilleBriggs 20_01. We now need computational resources for the analysis of this data.
