Abstract
Gut microbiota are important for human health. To understand how the host genetic makeup affects the gut microbiome, we will perform genome-wide association studies of microbiome characteristics in the SIMPLER, SCAPIS-Uppsala, SCAPIS-Malmö and MOS cohorts. Only the SIMPLER part of this study will be analyzed in UPPMAX project simp2023007.
