This is a request to to continue using small storage SNIC 2022/23-223 for another year. Please kindly see the original proposal for background information. As part of this project, we already analyzed or partially analyzed 60 samples, 100M reads each, obtained by Illumina sequencing at SciLifeLab. We intend to continue to use the requested space for storage and analysis of this data. In addition, we will be soon (next 2-3 months) new PacBio long read sequencing data to complement this project. In view of the above we humbly ask for additional 0.5 TB to be able to store and (most importantly) process this new data.
