Abstract
We are mapping regional and cellular gene expression in the healthy and disease affected human brain using post-mortem brain samples. Our data is bulk RNAseq, single nuc RNAseq and Stereo-seq a new spatial transcriptomics method with a barcode resolution of 0.5 micrometer. We need computational power to analyse and integrate datasets.
