Abstract

Using human ES cell-derived single and bulk RNA-seq and human/NHP/murine embryonic heart-derived single cardiac cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq, my team aims to decipher mammalian cardiogenesis, the pathogenesis of congenital heart disease and heart regeneration by establishing the developmental heart cellular and its molecular atlases, and to further develop novel therapeutic strategies for heart disease.
