Abstract

The aim of this project is to identify colorectal cancer specific-pQTLs and relate the results to the expressed tumor mutation burden in colorectal cancer patients using the integration of whole-genome sequencing, somatic mutations, RNA-seq and Olink proteome profiling from U-CAN study in Uppsala University. Several computationally intensive analyses will be conducted, including the whole-genome sequencing analysis, RNA-seq analysis, GWAS, colocalization analysis and Mendelian randomization.
