Abstract
The PronMed and FUP-Covid projects are based on the COVID-19 cohort treated in intensive care at Uppsala University Hospital and consists of about 500 patients with data from the hospital stay (PronMed) and from follow-up at 3-6 months and 1 year after discharge. The dataset includes clinical data, genotypes, exome wide sequencing, RNA-seq, proteomics and metabolomics.
