Abstract

Ekwall Lab uses multi-omics approaches to study basic and clinical immunological functions, specially focused on thymic function and inborn errors of immunity. In the current project sections of human thymus from boys and girls will be analysed using Visium 10X spatial transcriptomics. The data will be aquired at NGI Sweden with an expected delivery in May 2022. The aim is to analyse sex differences in thymic architecture and transcriptome.
