Abstract
We investigate how the immune profile changes in human liver diseases and during pregnancy. We are in the process of generating 10x scRNA-seq data of adult and pediatric liver samples as well as menstrual blood from women with successful or failed pregnancy. We therefore request storage and compute resources to analyze them.
