Abstract
To investigate simultaneously RNA and protein expression analysis from different cohorts ranging from newborns to adults suffering from inflammatory conditions. Data will include sc-mRNA sequencing of hundreds of targeted genes and many antibodies as well as TCR-sequencing. BD Rhapsody processing will include quality filtering, assignment to cell label (UMI), alignment to genes, collapsing reads to MI, and then RSEC and DBEC MI adjustment before cell label filtering.
