Abstract
This project will focus on method development for analysis of targeted sequencing data from patients with systemic inflammatory autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and healthy controls. The methods include analysis of HLA based on sequence data and analysis of structural variation/copy number variation.
