Abstract

We aim to study the function of human brain pericytes in healthy controls and glioblastoma (GBM) tumours by single nuclei RNA sequencing (snucRNAseq). This will enable us to understand the transcriptomic changes pericytes undergo in the GBM tumours compared to the healthy controls. We need to compute Cell ranger counts from 10x snucRNAseq FASTQ-files, make .loom-files for Velocyto, and integrate data from multiple deep snuc-RNAseq reactions our estimate is that we will have a minimum of eight 150Gb data sets for the computations.
