Abstract

We have developed a novel method for genome-wide haplotyping with single molecule resolution. The method detects also large and small structural variations. In this project we aim to detect these variations as well as single nucleotide variants and mutations in a number of tumor samples. The samples are originating from colon cancer patients being treated at Karolinska Hospital i.e. sensitive personal data.
