The study will investigate paired normal tissue, primary tumours and metastases from patients with metastatic endocrine cancers with the aim to characterise disease evolution and stability of molecular classifiers over time. The data will include whole genome sequencing of 16 normal samples and 54 tumor samples, as well as RNA-Seq of 51 samples and array based DNA methylation analysis of 63 tumor samples. DNA methylation levels, gene expression patterns, somatic structural variants as well as somatic and germline simple mutations will be integrated.
