Abstract

The project will involve: The aim of this project is to explore the genomic landscape of GBM by integrating the chromatin regulatory element with the genetic mutation to understand the molecular mechanism of GBM. The project will involve: i) Intersection of ATAC-seq peak list from HGCC cell lines with the corresponding GBM tumor mutations to check for correlation and clustering of mutations. ii) Investigating the whole genomic sequencing data from patient tumors and corresponding cell line data (HGCC) for the the presence of ecDNA with an aim to evaluate the ecDNA contribution towards an accelerated cancer evolution.
