Abstract

Whole genome sequencing of hormone naive metastatic prostate cancer with corresponding normal genomic DNA from the same patient (project NGI05063). Cancer samples (n=18) will be sequenced to a depth of 60 x and the corresponding normal DNA (n=18) to a depth of 30 x.
