Abstract

This project focuses on understanding African history. We plan to generate and analyze modern and ancient DNA and comparative data to investigate population history and migration patterns in Africa. The aDNA data was generated at Uppsala SNP&Seq centre and will be merged with comparative SNP datasets and data obtained from full genomes.
