Abstract
In this project we generated new genomes from two Iron Age individuals, a male and female, who were in boat burials (a few metres apart) up near Tromsø. Here we aim to investigate genetic characterization of these individuals using both population genetics and kinship analysis. For this we will use ancient DNA and support our results with the extensive archaeological work.
