Abstract
This project is for storage of next-gen sequencing data from several ongoing projects related to population genomics of bees. The project is funded by grants from Horizon Europe, Formas, VR, Naturvårdsverket and EPSS. It includes long-read genome assembly projects and population sequencing projects using short-read libraries from several bee species.
