Abstract
This project aims to study flavivirus host pathogen interaction, using different transcriptomics methods. Viruses are intracellular obligatory parasites that hijacks the cellular environment for its own purpose. The transcriptional response to viral infection is therefore important to understand to develop strategies for prevention and treatment.
