Abstract

Decoding cell fate decisions and their plasticity has an immense potential for cell-based regenerative therapies. We use high resolution barcode lineage tracing coupled with single-cell/nucleus RNA sequencing to study clonal relationships and lineages in developing and regenerating tissues in healthy mice and mouse models of congenital disorders. By integrating the datasets from various tissues, we aim to understand different types of cell fate decisions in these tissue contexts.
