Process raw data from DNA-encoded chemical libraries. Small compounds conjugated to short DNA sequences are combined in multi-step, pooled chemical reactions. The synthesized compounds are presented to a target protein. The DNA tags of the higher affinity compounds are sequenced to report the degree of enrichment. The project has been slow and as-yet unpublished but new datasets are anticipated.
