This proposal is a continuation of the the projects I am currently supervising. The projects are on sllstore 2022/6-331. The first project contains the sequences I have received from sequencing approximately 500 different chickens at 10X coverage, plus 1500 transcriptomes. 400 methylomes and 50 single cell libraries have been added this year. In total 70 billion reads (7 S4 flow cells) have been added as of October 2022 for the single cell data (718000 transcriptomes and epigenomes). We are now beginning the intensive data analysis phase. Both projects are being actively researched and were sequenced using SciLifeLab facilities in Uppsala and Stockholm.
